My heart's passion and life purpose is to help you become conscious of who you truly are and to help you design a life of meaning, purpose, and passion.  My wish for you is to create a life beyond limiting beliefs and behaviors and to live boldly and courageously in service to your dream.  I have a deep passion for empowerment and transformation and feel privileged to assist my clients to break free of the patterns of their past in order to realize the greatest possibilities for their lives.

My path to coaching unfolded with awe inspiring synchronicity and grace.  This experience solidified my belief that when we define our intention, heighten our awareness to divine guidance, act - even in the face of fear and uncertainty, and embrace possibility within the unknown, we will create our right livelihood.

Prior to starting my coaching practice, I worked in the field of training and development.  For over nineteen years I've engendered transformation in individuals and teams in corporate, non-profit, and educational settings.  My work included managing the management development program for a Fortune 500 bank and creating and directing a multi-state training and resource center for service-based learning.  I have presented at numerous national and regional conferences.  I hold a B.S. degree in Business Management with extensive coursework in Psychology, and I am a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute.
